Define the types of sessions your studio offers (1–15 types). Set each type's default price and appointment slot length — these apply to both internal calendar bookings and external online client bookings. Client-specific rates can override the default price. Check 2+ Clients to allow multiple clients (up to 16) to sign up for a single session.
Client Pricing Mode
Controls whether sessions are billed at the session type's default rate for everyone, or whether individual clients can have custom rates set on their profile.
Switching to session type pricing will clear all individual client rates. Each client will then use the session type default price. This cannot be undone automatically.
Rooms & Equipment
Add the rooms and equipment your practice uses. Each resource gets its own slot in the booking dropdown and cannot be double-booked. You can mix rooms and equipment freely, or use just one type. Completely optional — leave any slots blank that you don't need.

Location Management

Define your studio's cancellation window and how late cancellations and no-shows are handled.

Cancellations within the notice window will prompt staff to charge the client or waive the fee.

When cancelling or marking no-show/late-cancel, staff will be given the choice to charge or waive the fee.
This allows discretion for emergencies, accidents, or other circumstances at your studio's discretion.
Payment & Prepaid Settings
Require prepayment to book
When on, clients without an active package must pay before their booking is confirmed. When off, payment is collected on the day of the visit.
What to offer clients who need to pay
Only packages compatible with the session type being booked will be shown.
Staff booking options
Allow staff to bypass prepayment
Staff can book a client who has no package and choose what action to take.
Allow "Collect on session day" option
Staff can defer payment entirely. Session is flagged Payment Deferred. Turn off for strict prepayment-only clinics.
Payment at time of visit options
Auto-prompt payment when session is completed
When staff marks a session complete, the payment panel opens automatically so nothing slips through.
Offer package purchase at time of payment
Staff can offer clients a package deal when collecting payment — client pays the package price and remaining sessions are added to their profile.
Allow clients to purchase packages online
Clients can buy a package during online booking even if prepayment is not required (e.g. a 10-session bundle for a discount).

Set up up to 12 prepaid packages. Each package includes a set number of sessions at a fixed price, valid for a specific time period. Assign packages to clients from their profile.

Cancel Subscription
Cancel any time. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges after that. You can undo a cancellation at any time before your access ends.
Multi-location impact: Cancelling will end access for all locations and all practitioners across your organization. Make sure to export data from each location before cancelling.
Trial cancellation is immediate. You will lose access to all features straight away. You'll have 30 days to download your data. To regain access you must subscribe to a paid plan.
Cooldown: After cancelling, you cannot start a new free trial for 3 months. If you need an exception, email Hello@myomesh.com
