MyoMesh offers two subscription products designed for different practice types. Both include the full suite of features — scheduling, payments, SOAP notes, body charts, analytics, integrations, SMS reminders, and more. Choose the product that matches how your practice operates.

There are no feature gates between products. Every MyoMesh subscriber gets access to online booking, Stripe payments, QuickBooks sync, Google & Microsoft Calendar integration, custom session pricing, SOAP notes, injury tracking, body charts, treatment plans, analytics, SMS reminders, and team management. MyoStudio additionally includes class scheduling, capacity management, attendance tracking, and group SMS.
Both MyoClinic and MyoStudio include one practitioner in the base price. Each additional practitioner is billed at a flat rate per month. This includes anyone who uses the platform in any role — practitioners, administrators, and the account owner.

Base plan: $49/mo + 2 additional practitioners at $22/mo each = $93/mo + applicable tax. You can add or remove practitioners at any time from your settings.
Every active user on your account counts toward your practitioner total, including the account owner, administrators, and front desk staff. Paused staff members do not count toward your practitioner total. If you need to free up a slot, you can pause an existing staff member or add more practitioners.
MyoMind AI
MyoMind is an optional AI-powered clinical intelligence add-on. It assists practitioners with documentation drafting, SOAP note generation, clinical summaries, trend analysis, and decision support. MyoMind is designed as a decision-support tool — all clinical decisions remain with the treating practitioner.

SMS Reminders
Unlimited SMS appointment reminders are included free with all MyoClinic and MyoStudio subscriptions. There is no additional charge and no message limits.
Every new MyoMesh account starts with a free trial on any product. You get full access to all features during your trial. A credit card is required at signup to ensure a seamless transition to your paid subscription, but no charge is made during the trial period.
At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the monthly rate shown above. If you choose not to continue, cancel at any time during the trial and your card will never be charged.
If you cancel during your trial, your access ends immediately and no charge is made. You will have 30 days after cancellation to download your data. A new free trial cannot be started for 3 months after cancellation.
MyoMesh subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing date is determined by the date you first subscribe. Each invoice includes your base product fee, any additional practitioners, and active add-ons in a single combined charge.
Annual billing may also be available, offering a discount equivalent to approximately one month free compared to monthly billing. You can switch between billing cycles from your settings.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards). You can view your billing details, update your payment method, and review your payment history from the Subscription section in your MyoMesh settings.
If a payment fails, your account will be marked as Past Due. Stripe will automatically retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended. Please update your payment method promptly to avoid any interruption to your service.
You can change your subscription at any time from your settings. This includes switching between MyoClinic and MyoStudio, adding or removing practitioners, and subscribing to or cancelling add-ons like MyoMind.
All changes take effect immediately. When you make a mid-cycle change, a prorated adjustment is calculated for the remaining days in your current billing period. This adjustment is applied as a credit or charge on your next invoice — so you always receive a single, combined payment each billing cycle.
You're on MyoClinic ($49/mo) with 1 practitioner and upgrade to MyoStudio ($89/mo) with 3 practitioners on January 15. Your new monthly rate is $89 + (2 x $22) = $133/mo. You receive a credit of $24.50 for the unused MyoClinic days and a charge of $66.50 for the remaining MyoStudio days. On February 1, your invoice will be $133.00 + the $42.00 proration adjustment = $175.00 (one charge). From March onward, your regular monthly charge is $133.00 + applicable tax.
No matter how many changes you make during a billing cycle, you will only ever receive one combined invoice per billing period. Prorated charges and credits are always rolled into your next regular invoice — never billed separately.
You can cancel your MyoMesh subscription at any time from your settings. No notice period is required — simply cancel before your next renewal date.
When you cancel, your account remains fully accessible until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date. You can undo your cancellation at any time before the billing period ends to continue your subscription.
Example: Cancelling a monthly plan on January 15
If you cancel during your free trial, cancellation is immediate and no charge is made. You will have 30 days after your trial end date to download your data. A new free trial cannot be started for 3 months after cancellation.
If you've cancelled but your billing period hasn't ended yet, you can undo your cancellation from your subscription settings. Your subscription will continue as normal with no interruption.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Because all plans are billed in advance and every new account begins with a free trial, we do not offer partial or full refunds for subscription charges already processed.
Annual subscription fees are also non-refundable. When you choose annual billing, you pay for the full year upfront at a discounted rate. If you cancel mid-year, your access continues until the end of the annual period, but no partial refund is provided for the remaining months.

Prorated credits and charges from mid-cycle changes are non-refundable. They are calculated automatically and reflected on your next invoice. You can review the prorated breakdown in your Stripe billing portal at any time.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically based on your province during checkout and on every invoice. This may include GST, HST, PST, or QST depending on where your business is located. Tax amounts are clearly itemized on every invoice.

Tax is calculated by Stripe based on the billing address you provide during checkout. Your province determines the applicable tax rate. If your billing address changes, the tax rate will update on your next invoice.
We may update this pricing and billing policy from time to time. If we make material changes — such as price adjustments, changes to the trial period, or changes to cancellation terms — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of MyoMesh after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
