Common questions

Where are my notes stored?

On your device only. Notes Solo has no account and no server. Your notes live in the app’s private storage, protected by Face ID or your passcode.

How do I back up my notes?

Export any signed note as a PDF and save it wherever your records live — Files, email, or your practice’s client folders. Because notes are stored only on your device, deleting the app deletes its notes.

How do I manage or cancel my MYOMIND AI subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?

Open MyoMind in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

What does MYOMIND AI do with my notes?

Only the note you choose is sent for analysis, and nothing is stored. Responses exist only as the PDFs you export. See the Notes Solo Privacy Policy for details.
