Accessing MyoMind

Click the orange AI NOTES & SUMMARY button (top right of the Session Notes section in the NOTES tab). Also accessible from the Clients list via the orange MYOMIND button next to each client’s name — this skips the search step entirely.

Select the client at the top of the panel (“WHO ARE YOU SEEING?”) and MyoMind stays focused on that person across all five tabs.

Prerequisite: MyoMind requires explicit AI consent from each client before it can use their data. Without it, the AI features are locked. Collect consent via the health intake form — see Settings → Clinical → Health Intake Form → AI Consent.

Tab 1: Before Session

Prepares you to walk into the session informed. MyoMind pulls from the client’s history, notes, health intake, and body chart data to give you a pre-session briefing — including a visit frequency check (e.g., “This client hasn’t been seen in 6 weeks — consider re-assessment”).

Click GET ME READY FOR THIS SESSION. MyoMind generates a summary of recent session notes, flagged concerns from health intake, body chart trends, and a visit frequency analysis.

Use this as your 60-second pre-session review instead of hunting through previous notes. For returning clients, it reminds you what you worked on last time.

Tab 2: Notes

Takes your rough session description and converts it into a properly formatted clinical note. Just a few sentences in plain language is enough — you don’t need clinical terminology.

Example input: “She came in still sore from last week. Worked on the lumbar with deep tissue, range improved a little. Still mentioning she sits a lot at work.”

Click TURN THIS INTO A PROPER NOTE. MyoMind generates a structured clinical note. Review, edit if needed, and save as the official session record.

If you’ve filled in the body chart, MyoMind incorporates the zone scores and per-zone notes into its write-up automatically.

Tab 3: Trends

Analyses a client’s complete session history to identify patterns — what’s improving, what’s plateauing, what’s getting worse. Click ANALYSE THEIR PROGRESS.

Becomes significantly more powerful after 4–6 sessions of detailed notes and body chart data. Use this before a client’s review appointment or when they ask “Am I getting better?”

Tab 4: Homework

Generates a client-friendly take-home plan with exercises and lifestyle tips based on what you worked on. Describe what you did in the text field (e.g., “Deep tissue on lumbar, hip flexor stretching, discussed posture at work”), toggle INTEGRATE WITH TREATMENT PLAN on if applicable, then click GENERATE HOMEWORK PLAN.

The plan is written for the client — accessible language, no clinical jargon.

Tab 5: Setup

Controls the knowledge sources MyoMind draws from:

  • Peer-reviewed journals (PubMed, Cochrane) — highest evidence quality
  • Clinical guidelines (APA, WHO, national bodies)
  • Medical textbooks — traditional clinical reference
  • General web — widest reach, less filtered

The Your clinic’s treatment protocols field is the most important setup step. Add your clinic’s treatment philosophies, preferred techniques, documentation style, and common protocols. MyoMind reads this every time it generates anything.

The AI Connection section shows your monthly query usage (e.g., 0 / 300 queries this month).

Tips & things to know

Filling in your clinic’s treatment protocols is the single highest-value setup step. It’s what makes MyoMind feel like your own clinical assistant rather than a generic tool.

Each AI query uses tokens. A NOTES query uses roughly 1 token. The MyoMind Quick Plan (Treatment Plans) uses approximately 4× more. 300 queries are included per month.
