Common questions

Who can use MYOMESH Notes?

MYOMESH Notes is a companion app for existing MYOMESH practices. Sign in with the same email address, password, and authenticator you use for your practice account on myomesh.com. There is no separate app subscription.

Why am I being asked for an authentication code?

If multi-factor authentication is enabled on your account, enter the current code from your authenticator app after your password. If you’ve lost access to your authenticator, contact your practice administrator or email support. Never send your password or authentication code by email.

How does Face ID work?

After you sign in, MYOMESH Notes can use Face ID or your device passcode to protect an active session when you return to the app. Face ID does not replace your MYOMESH password or multi-factor authentication when a full sign-in is required.

Which unfinished notes will I see?

The To complete queue shows eligible unsigned sessions available to your MYOMESH role, including older unfinished notes. Multiple appointments for the same client on the same day remain separate. If a session is missing, confirm that it is assigned to you and is not cancelled, or ask your practice administrator to check it in MYOMESH.

What happens if I leave an unfinished note?

Unsigned work is saved as a private draft on that device and should return when you reopen the same session. Sign the note to save the completed clinical record to MYOMESH. Signing out, deleting the app, or clearing the app’s local data removes local drafts.

Can I edit a note after signing it?

No. Signed notes are displayed as read-only records in the Completed screen. This protects the integrity of the clinical record. If a correction or additional entry is required, follow your practice’s documentation policy or ask your administrator for help.

Where are my signed notes stored?

Signed notes are saved to your practice’s secure MYOMESH client records and sync with myomesh.com. Access follows your organisation’s roles and permissions. MYOMESH Notes is not the device-only Notes Solo app.

How do daily goals and the backlog counter work?

Your backlog count falls as eligible notes are signed. Your personal daily goal tracks notes you sign that day, including older appointments completed today. Changing the goal changes only your own progress target.

Why can’t I see a client or completed note?

Practitioner access is limited to the clients, sessions, and signed history available to that practitioner. Owners and administrators may have broader organisation access. Ask your practice administrator to confirm the session assignment and your account role.

How is clinical information protected?

MYOMESH uses encrypted connections, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, device authentication, and audit logging to protect clinical records. Learn more in the MYOMESH Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

How do I request account or data assistance?

Your practice owner controls the organisation’s MYOMESH account and client records. Start with your practice administrator. For privacy or data requests, review the Privacy Policy or email hello@myomesh.ca with the subject “Privacy Request.”
